In the current situation, Globalization can be defined as an ideology that identifies the Sovereign Nation-State as the enemy number one, mainly because the most important function of the state is (or should be) ensure the priority of the interests of many – ie, “the People” – the interests of the Few. Consequently, the globalizing forces trying to weaken, dissolve and eventually destroy the foundations of the nation's leading state-making it essentially a social institution, and then replace them with the world of supranational structures involved in managing the social sphere, Policy, economic, financial and military. These structures coincide in all respects with the political objectives and economic interests of many groups and organizations highly concentrated and powerful, currently, guide the process of globalization in a definite direction.
These power groups consist of private interests that have achieved something unprecedented in human history: something we might describe as the privatization of power on a global scale.
Actually, the word “Globalization” is nothing but a euphemism used to describe what former U.S. presidents such as Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman e George H.W. Bush – in different periods of modern history – defined as “New World Order”.
“A New World Order!” When President George Bush unabashedly used that term in a speech that 's11 September 1991, the Establishment moved to prevent a recurrence of this situation and coined a new idea, more neutral and harmless looking: “Globalization”, that, despite everything, still holds a unique meaning: Anglo-American-Israeli imperialism to global.
Or at least that's the way today, in Argentina and in our region, more and more people see things.
Who are they? What do they want?
The process just described is not at all anonymous nor secret; In fact, the power groups that promote and guide the New World Order are doing so in the light of the sun: multinational corporations (eg 500 listed in the Fortune Global which control 80% of U.S. economic activity), the global financial infrastructure (banche, investment funds, Bags, operators in the commodity markets), media monopolies, the leading universities of the Ivy League, multilateral organizations, international (eg, World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, l’Inter-American Development Bank, the Bank for International Settlements, United Nations, e la World Trade Organization) and especially the people who occupy key government posts in the U.S., in Israel, in the United Kingdom and other industrialized nations. No doubt there are faced with something that can simply be labeled as “theory cospiratoria”.
What we perceive are the annexes and associated logic with which the power has been built and is managed; It is not immediately apparent that all these actors “Wheel of Global Power” have one thing in common: their managers, financiers, bankers, officials, academic, planners and stakeholders all belong to the same tangled network of organizations and lobby, a network operating the levers of world power on the current path to destruction.
The role of some of these key groups, that actually should be defined geopolitical planning centers, is vital: Council on Foreign Relations (Council on Foreign Relations, CFR), Trilateral Commission (Trilateral Commission, TC), Royal Institute of International Affairs (Royal Institute of International Affairs, RIGA), Brooking Institution, RAND Corporation, American Enterprise Institute (AEI), American Israel Political Action Committee, AIPAC and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (Center for Strategic & International Studies, CSIS).
A historical perspective
To understand today's world should turn to look at the world of yesterday and analyze the current situation as it has come. It was 1919 when a small group of influential bankers, lawyers, political and academic, engaged in peace negotiations in Paris between the Allies and the defeated nations in World War I, met at the Hotel Majestic and reached a unique agreement: decided to create a network of “Think Tanks”, a sort of exclusive club or lodge, through which they would draw the kind of “New World Order” suited to meet the objectives and interests of the Anglo-American global imperial.
In London, this organization took the name Royal Institute of International Affairs (Royal Institute of International Affairs, RIGA) In the USA, was known as the Council on Foreign Relations (Council on Foreign Relations, CFR) con sede a New York City. Both were as unmistakable trademark of the strategy of wanting to impose a political order gradually Socialist (apparently “democratic” but in reality increasingly authoritarian) as a means of population control. At the time this project was promoted by the Fabian Society which covers Masonic, funded by the Round Table Group (Round Table Group) created, controlled and bankrolled by South African magnate Cecil Rhodes, by the dynasty of the Rothschilds financial, from various Masonic Lodges and the British Crown.
Initially, Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) gained support from the most influential, rich and powerful families in the United States: For example, the Rockefeller, Mellon, Harriman, Morgan, Ship, Kahn, Warburg, Loeb e Carnegie (especially the Carnegie created their own organization in 1910: the Carnagie Endowment for International Peace).
One of the first measures taken by the Council of Foreign Relations (henceforth denoted by the acronym CFR) to demonstrate and extend its influence on the various elite was the publication of a newspaper that is still, worldwide, the best sounding board for the geopolitics and political science: Foreign Affairs. Among the first directors of the CFR was Allan Welsh Dulles, a key figure in U.S. intelligence that was later consolidated structure investigation of the CIA before finally reaching the National Security Agency (NSA), journalist Walter Lippmann, Director and founder of The New Republic, an army of lawyers for the multinational JP. Morgan and the bankers Otto H. Kahn e Paul Moritz Warburg[1], a wealthy German immigrant landed in the States who created and promoted 1913 a bill behind the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank, the U.S. Central Bank (essentially private) Since then controls the financial structure of North America (And, accordingly, that of much of the world). in 1945, at the end of World War II, the Federal Reserve Bank was built by the IMF and World Bank, both designed, then designed and controlled by leaders of the CFR at the conference in Bretton Woods in 1944.
Another member and Director of the CFR was Isaiah Bowman, geographer and president of the American Geographical Society, leader of the group of experts, in 1919, redesigned the map of Central Europe after World War I causing serious disorders that would eventually triggered the Second World War in 1939. There were two lawyers CFR, Owen D. Young (chairman of General Electric) e Charles Dawes (prominent lawyer JP. Morgan Bank), to create and promote the post-war reconstruction plan of the debts imposed on Germany by the Treaty of Versailles. They were the leaders of the Federal Reserve (and members of the CFR) to generate the monetary distortions that led to financial crisis 1929 and Depression. They were the directors of the CFR, thanks to the mass media controlled by them (For example, the NBC radio network, ABC, CBS and newspapers like Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune e New York Times) to put pressure on public opinion that the U.S. will stop its isolationist policy to bring the country into another European war, strongly desired from an early age '30.
The Second World War
In the early days of the terrible war that devastated Europe and to which the U.S. participated in the only officially 1941, members of the CFR set up the Group for the Study of War and Peace, which later became part of the State Department outlining the foreign policies towards Germany, Italy, Japan and their allies. Later they began to prepare for another “New World Order” post-war Iraq to be implemented after the expected victory of the Allies; in this way, the CFR laid the foundations for the birth of the United Nations with the purpose of controlling the U.S. hegemony in world politics in the nuclear age, and key economic agencies such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank through Alger Hiss, John J. McCloy, In. Averell Harriman, Harry Dexter White, Henry Kissinger and other members.
Once the war ended, U.S. President Harry S. Truman instituted a doctrine of comprehensive national security based on “containment” of Soviet, also proposed by another member of the CFR, the former Ambassador to Moscow George Kennan [2]; Kennan introduced the idea in an important article published in Foreign Affairs in 1947 and signed with the pseudonym “X”. The so-called “Marshall Plan” was designed in a similar way by a member of the CFR task force to then be implemented by W. Averell Harriman [3] and then presented to the world by George C. Marshall, U.S. Army General.
The structure of power elite
Although the public knows little about, the CFR is very powerful and its sphere of influence has grown (along with its prestige and its activities) so you can easily define the true “Mind Organizing the Planet” which controls directly and silently the performance of many complex and highly unstable areas, such as social, political, Financial, military and economic, Worldwide. There are people, regions or aspects of human life that they can escape the influence of the CFR. But the thing really is how this particular organization was able to remain hidden “backstage”, which makes it incredibly powerful and elusive, even against the American public.
Today, the CFR is an organization that can boast prudent, among its 4500 members, the best and brightest minds working together to powerful individuals can exert a strong influence in their respective professions, corporations, institutions and social environments or government. In this way, the CFR brings together senior officials from financial institutions, industrial giants, mass media, research organizations, universities, military organizations as well as political leaders, university presidents and representatives of trade unions. Their basic objectives are to identify and evaluate a wide range of political factors, economic, Financial, social, cultural and military in every aspect of public and private life within the U.S., of the Allied nations and the rest of the world. Today, thanks to the enormous power granted by the United States, CFR's activities cover practically the entire planet.

Volfensohn, The managing director of CS First Boston Bank and former governor of the Federal Reserve Paul Volcker, journalists Mike Wallace, Barbara Walters, Wolf Blitzer, the top-manager of Citigroup John Reed, William Rhodes, Stanford Weill e Stanley Fischer (n.2 International Monetary Fund), Jeffres economists Sachs and Lester Thurow,Former Treasury Secretary and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs and Citigroup director Robert E. Rubin, the former secretary of state and “Ombudsman” during the war of Folkland / Maldives between Argentina and the United Kingdom General Alexander Haig, the “Ombudsman” conflict in the Balkans Richard Holbrook, IBM CEO Louis V. All presidents of the first 500 corporations published by Fortune's ranking are members of the CFR and if we add the market value of these corporations would get a figure two times higher than the gross domestic product of U.S.; They also concentrated in the hands of a few big part of American wealth and power by controlling key resources and technologies around the world; only in the U.S. employ 25 millions of people contributing to 80% of gross domestic product. This is where lies the secret of the effectiveness and power of the CFR: its decisions and plans are developed and agreed in private meetings, study groups, conferences and task forces. But when it comes time to act, these plans are implemented by individual members, each with its own role in the organization's most powerful, public or private. And they are very powerful organizations!

Here's how it worked for more than 80 years.
The real power and formal power
To understand how the world really need to first understand the difference between formal power and real power. What Every day the media carry advertising in print, television or radio news, are mainly concrete and visible results of actions taken by the structures that hold the formal power, in particular national governments and technology companies, financial and economic. Unlike, the levers of real power to influence events are much less visible, but they are determining what will happen in the world, when that happens, where it will happen and who will star.
Formal Power operates short-term and the public level while the real power structure has a longer period and have virtually no public profile. This situation is indicative of the fact that the institutions of the Nation-State (the first level of formal power) have become subordinated to private interests (that is the real power, driven by economic interests).
And’ reasonable to assume that, Since the U.S. is the only current superpower, this structure of global power (what the U.S. are now) provisionally manages a genuine world government and from its territory through its own political and economic structures. This does not mean that the majority of the population of the United States face a necessary part of this scheme, or that the American people is “enemy” other peoples (rarely the people of a nation is “an enemy”, is rather against its establishment to become due to excessive concentration of power).
We are thus speaking of power groups operating from within the U.S. (as well as the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Israel, through its agents, even in countries like Spain, Argentina, Brazil and Korea), groups that are not necessarily related to the American people.
To better understand the true nature of the United States, especially with regard to foreign policy, should be clear in mind that the “US Administration”, As rightly call their government (the formal power) ha sede a Washington DC. The real power structures are located mostly in New York City and some New England states. In other words, Administration of the United States is done by Washington as the nation is actually governed by New York.
Once you have grasped this concept, all other things are in place like a jigsaw puzzle. In addition, the very real power lies not on a global level but in New York City, more likely, London… The understanding of this complex and subtle process automatically empties of meaning the simplistic identification of “enemy” the U.S. or England or any other people. And’ easy to understand that these things should go well: enough to consider that the exercise of real power are a necessary set of rules and conditions, such as a continuity of several decades to achieve long term goals and strategies to advance global involving the countries and their resources. This requires a long-term planning: twenty, thirty or even fifty years.

In this way 4500 individuals can exert tremendous political influence, economic, financial and media on several hundreds of millions of people around the world.
Needless to say that one of the main tasks of the media monopolies is to impose a globalilzzati “political correctness”, normally expressed by a “Bi-party system” – Democrats and Republicans in the U.S., Labour and Conservatives in the United Kingdom, SPD CDU e in Germania, Radicals and justice-in Argentina – in which both sides are not that mere variations of the same political doctrine. The stable Western democracies have all conformed to what, in practice, can be defined, a one-party system with only slightly conflicting factions. People think they have the opportunity to “choose” but in reality there is no “option”: is like “choose” between Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola, no matter what you want to believe, the truth is that they are basically the same thing.
We are talking about only the nucleus of a real network of powerful people, In fact, we consider that the CFR is in turn supported by a myriad of similar organizations both within and outside the U.S..
All these organizations have the smartest people, preparations, ambitious and creative in various fields and disciplines; are paid very well – economically and socially – as long as they line clearly and without compromise to the main policy objectives of the CFR, that is nothing less than: the creation of a World Government Private, the systematic erosion of the structures of sovereign nation-states (though obviously not all alike, with the same speed and at the same time), Standardization (down) cultural values and social norms, the spread of a globalized financial system based on speculation and usury, the management of a Global War System to maintain the necessary social cohesion of the masses by means of a permanent persuasion to line up against real or imagined enemies of the “democrazia”, “Human Rights”, “libertà” And “peace”; in a nutshell, against “terrorism”.[6]

Events, however, have influenced the course of history in modern times.
The tactic is to keep us too busy and make the audience spellbound and passive in the face of this whirlwind of events that shakes the world every day, ensuring that almost anyone can think to look elsewhere for plausible explanations of the major crises of today. In this way we can identify, not so much the abominable results of these actions, but the real creators, organizers and their purposes.
To ensure that this gigantic mass psychological warfare (because this is precisely what) successful, the mass media have a vital role and should not be underestimated, because they are instruments whose purpose is to undermine and counteract independent thinking among the population of the world. This is the key task of global media, such as CNN, CBS, NBC, The New York Times, The Daily Telegraph, Le Figaro, FOXNEWS, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Corriere della Sera, The World, Washington Post, Time, Newsweek, US News & World Report, Business Week, Reuters and their counterparts in different countries. And all these are controlled by members of the CFR and / or affiliated organizations, in the U.S. or elsewhere.
The most negative aspect of this situation, ignoring the enormous tensions, the war, violence and destruction created, is that the New World Order does not work at all. You can not build a world empire based solely on billions of dollars, bomber B1, Hunting F16, Tomahawk missiles, CNN, all covered by the vulgar lies and hypocrisy. Throughout history, Rome, French, Spain and Britain knew perfectly well that only profound cultural values can consolidate a true empire that will last beyond the end of colonial power, as happened to the recent days in South America where Spanish influences, Portuguese (and British) are ubiquitous. These important cultural factors seem to be lacking entirely in the U.S., enough to be described as a former French premier George Clemenceau “the complicated political and social processes that go from barbarism to civilization without going through the necessary stage of culture…”
Implications for Argentina and our Region
In this context we can say that the local media in Argentina, our education system, and leading politicians tend to be aligned to the New World Order, regardless of whether they are aware or not. From this point of view, the Domination System has three main objectives:
1. Hide the public how the world really works, knowing that if we can correctly understand and diagnose the source of our problems and our weaknesses, difficult to find appropriate solutions. We are so misled to believe that in a period of “peace” when it is more than half a century is a war going on on the political front, economic, Financial, media, educational, technological and environmental against Argentina. This is primarily a psychological war.
2. To convince us that, although we are in a difficult situation, “things will get better” if you take out a new “agreement” with bankers and international speculators, whether to privatize other state activities, if we reform our federal government or provincial level according to the desire of the World Bank, if we change the social and educational legislation, and whether we will do everything necessary to ensure that “international investors” we smile. The truth is that claim to be a “predicament” is absurd: Argentina is a terminally ill patient and unless we wake up, few years (more than a dozen) cease to be a united nation.[7] Argentina has only two options: or accept to live with the problems and the current crisis without doing anything to solve the limitation of looking only to better the impact, or we can face them and try to do something. Of course the second option is more complicated and fraught with risks. In recent 30 years, our governments have chosen to live with all these problems led to the current situation.
3. Us believe that, Like it or not, there is no way to stop the “Globalization”. The truth is that there are many actions to counteract the adverse effects of globalization, but all require the recovery of the institutions of sovereign nation-state, so that they can perform their basic functions:
- deal with conflicts involving different social forces internal (ie, promote the common good),
- anticipate possible threats and opportunities, national and supranational (eg, defend national interests),
- lead the nation in a policy aimed at defending its national interests (lead the country towards its destiny).
These functions require the existence of a sovereign nation-state, feature that Argentina today is no longer. We have become a colony, therefore, we must first promote a true Second Declaration of Independence in order to found a Second Argentine Republic. The implications and aspirations of so revolutionary an act would be really important for our region.[8]
In addition – even if this goes beyond the intentions of this short article – the global financial infrastructure is on the brink of what can only be described as a controlled collapse of global, a situation that the CFR has planned very carefully, through various projects including the so-called Financial Vulnerabilities Project and New International Financial Architecture. When this scenario becomes reality, there will be new and unimagined opportunities for Argentina and our region.
As we become aware of this reality, also the road we must travel is becoming increasingly clear. Actually, things do not look so complicated as once thought; basically the key is to think with our heads and not with those of our opponents, begin to enforce and defend our National Interest (which implies a personal knowledge of the events that take place in the world, interests and forces at play) intelligent and take countermeasures to respond to our needs, the real possibilities and our fears. From this point of view was my advantage because we are not forced to “reinvent the wheel”: the CFR we can provide a bright and successful path from which to take inspiration in various fields, from planning in the economic, Financial, political and social, the management of national power. Why not learn from them? Why not form our teams combining similar interests in local and regional, with experts in various fields? Why not start working to promote national interests in Argentina and its neighbors, in order to recover sovereignty and self-determination of our people in a more consistent way regardless of what the big world powers seeking to impose?
But to do so we must first understand what globalization is really: a chain of threats immensely large that we must try and avoid a series of opportunities that take advantage. You should be able to understand, for any situation which has a potential impact on our lives, what are our strengths and weaknesses for, to be able to address these challenges in a successful; if not today, certainly in the near future. This requires planning in the medium and long-term, ability to be one step ahead of your opponent, earn and maintain an edge on upcoming events.
There is no doubt that this type of behavior will lead us to devise appropriate policies to our national interests that, on many occasions, certainly does not coincide with those of today's major power groups. To do this we need to work closely with nations and organizations in Central and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe, with whom we share the common goal of eliminating the adverse effects of global imperial rule. Means that we have found a New Argentina. We already have many of the tools you need at your fingertips: we have millions of compatriots ready to accept the challenge if we explain them clearly and forcefully what is at stake; and there are millions more beyond our borders to work for this common cause.
In short, need to understand that in politics there are two kinds of people: active players in the political arena and those who merely stand by and watch. The Council on Foreign Relations (Council on Foreign Relations) is clearly an active player in global politics: it's time to start doing the same in our country?
