As is the case now, Globalization can be defined as an ideology that identifies the sovereign nation state as the enemy key, mainly because the main function of the state (or one that should be) is to pass first the interests of as many – IE., "People" – before the interests of some. So, forces of globalization seek to weaken, dissolve and eventually destroy the very foundations of the nation state as the basic social institution, to replace management structures supranational global, social, Economic, Financial, and military. A New World Order ! The process we have described is not at all anonymous – still less secret – because the power groups that promote and run the New World Order, do the views of all : IE., multinationals (E. G., The 500 richest people account for 80% of the U.S. economy) ; global financial infrastructure (including banks, Investment Funds, stock exchanges, and trade of raw materials) ; media monopolies ; the major universities bon chic bon genre ; multilateral international organizations (such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Development Bank Inter-American, Bank of International Settlements, the United Nations, and the World Trade Organization) and, largest, key government positions in the U.S., In Israel, Great Britain, and other industrialized nations. So, it is really not there something we could avoid saying that it is a "conspiracy theory".

What we, these are signs and internal logic behind the way is built and managed the Power. What is not immediately visible is the fact that all these actors who are part of the "Wheel of Global Power" have one thing in common : they are key leaders, financiers, Bankers, of government officials, academics, strategists, Shareholders, and other key players who are all part of the same network crossover box thinking and lobbying organizations. This network forms the common center that drives the wheel of world power in its present destructive course.

Among the key box thinking – that could actually be described as geopolitical planning centers : Council on Foreign Relations, (Council on Foreign Relations – CFR), Trilateral Commission (Trilateral Commission – TC), The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Royal institute of International Affairs – RIGA), L’Institut Broookings ( Brookings Institution) La Rand Corporation (RAND Corporation) The American Enterprise Institute (American Enterprise Institute – AEI), The Committee Americo Israeli Political Action (American Israel Political Action Committee – AIPAC), and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (Center for Strategic & International Studies – CSIS), who, among other, play a vital role.

A Historical Perspective
To understand the world today, we must look back to yesterday's world, to see how this whole situation has developed. Back 1919, when a small group of influential bankers, lawyers, de politiciens et d’universitaires – participating in peace negotiations in Paris between the victorious Allies and the vanquished Central Powers right after the First World War – met at the Hotel Majestic and Paris signed an agreement transcendental : they decided to create a network of "think tanks" suggestion boxes – a sort of exclusive club or lodge – where they would plan the "New World Order" that would address the interests and objectives of the Anglo-US alliance to best meet.

A London, This box thinking would take the name Royal Institute of Foreign Affairs (RIGA) while in the U.S. it would be known as the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) Located in the City of New York. Both organizations have a social strategy undoubtedly marked by the desire to impose a political order gradually Socialist (IE., formally "democratic" but in reality increasingly authoritarian), as a means of mass control populations. At that time, Masonic lodges have been promoting as the Fabian Society (Fabian Society) funded by the Group of Camelot (Round Table Group) which was controlled and financed by the African magnate Cecil Rhodes, South, Dynasty International Rothschild, English Masonic lodges of the old rite based in London, and the British Crown.

The CFR has received initial support from the richest families, powerful, and influential in the United States as the Rockefeller family, Mellon, Harriman, Morgan, Ship, Kahn, Warbur, Loeb, a Carnegie (the latter in particular, through its own organization founded in frontal 1910 : Carnegie Endowment for International Peace).

To express, and then spread its influence in elite circles, one of the first measures taken by the CFR has consisted in publishing its own newspaper which is still the spokesperson in the areas of politics and geopolitical : Le « Foreign Affairs » ( Foreign Affairs). Among the first directors of the CFR Allan Welsh Dulles, a key figure in the U.S. intelligence community that, later, consolidate the underground structures of spying for the CIA, leading to the creation of the NSA (National Security Agency : National Security Agency) ; journalist Walter Lippmann, Director and founder of the "New Republic" ; a host of international legal firm JP Morgan ; bankers Otto H. Kahn, et Paul Moritz Warburg, (1) the latter a wealthy German who emigrated emigrated to the U.S. and in 1913 designed and promoted a law that will lead to the creation of the Bank of the Federal Reserve – in fact, the Central Bank of U.S. Policy to control since the financial structures of U.S. (and through it, much of the world). At the end of the II World War 1945, Bank of the Federal Reserve has been reinforced by the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank, Both have been designed, planned and organized by the planners of the CFR during the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944.

Another CFR member and one of the first directors, was a geographer and president of the American Geographical Society, Isaiah Bowman, who 1919 lead a team of experts to redraw the map of Central Europe after World War 1, which later lead to serious problems in Europe that in fact lead to the Second World War in 1939. They are lawyers CFR, Owen D. Young (President of General Electric) et Charles Dawes (a senior lawyer at JP Morgan) that in the years 20 they designed and promoted plans for "refinancing of the debt to debt for war reparations from Germany imposed on Microsoft in the Treaty of Versailles. These are the great directors of the Bank of the Federal Reserve and the CFR members who creates monetary distortions that lead to financial crisis 1929, and the Depression that followed. The directors of the CFR that through the powerful media under their control, such as NBC, ABC, and radio network CBS and newspapers like The Washington Post, le Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, et le New York Times, persuade by deception and will pressure public opinion to break U.S. isolationist neutrality and embark the nation into another war 1939, they themselves had sought since the early 30.

The Second World War

His research and investigations are conducted by various working groups and study groups, identifying opportunities and threats, assess the strengths and weaknesses, and devise long-range strategies to promote its interests around the world, each with its own operational plans and tactics. Although such intensive and far-reaching is done in the CFR, the key issue to understand its enormous success lies in the fact that the CFR itself, never does anything under its own name. Rather, the individual members who are. Table, former Chairman of the Board of General Electric Co. Jack Welsh, the president of CNN AC W. Mitchell, former Republican Newt Gingrich, former security adviser to Bush Sr National. In the business world, The 500 wealthiest multinationals have directors who are members of the CFR. Together, these multinationals have a market value equivalent to twice the GDP of the U.S. and focus the best of wealth and power in the country, controlling key resources and technologies around the world. Together, employing 25 Millions of people than anything U.S., and account for 80% of GDP. In Brief, they exert an enormous power, an enormous influence and pressure the U.S. and beyond.

Here we find the key to the enormous efficiency of the CFR and its power. Its decisions and plans are designed and approved in meetings behind closed doors, study group lectures and working groups. In this way, They may coordinate concrete actions, effective and almost irresistible at any time, anywhere.

That's how it worked for 80 years.

Real Power and Power Official
To understand how the world really works, we must first understand the difference between real power and formal authority. What the media propagate every day on TV, radio and newspaper, and has a high public profile, have the concrete and visible actions by the structures of formal authority, especially those of national governments and corporate technology infrastructure and financial. however, Real power to control who actually acts on the events is much less visible. It is they who are planning what will happen in the world, when that happens, where and who will implement plans.

The Official Power operates short term and with a high public profile. The truth can act in a long-term, and virtually no public profile. Today, official power is mainly "public" – Real power is fundamentally "private". This reflects the fact that the institutions of the nation state (the main entity of Power Official Public) became subordinated to private interests (IE., The real power driven by the interests of money).

As the U.S. currently are the only superpower, it is reasonable to conclude that the global structure of power – it really is this – provisionally manages this veritable global governance from within, structures and economic policies of U.S.. This, however, indeed imply that the majority of people in the United States are necessarily involved in all this, still less that the American people is the "enemy" of all other nations (It is rare that the people of another country is an "enemy" ; rather the institutional elite that becomes the opponent by concentrating excessive power).

Thus we speak of power groups which operate within the U.S. (as they are also in Great Britain, Germany, Japan, Israel, and also, through their local agents, in countries like Spain, l’Argentine, Brazil, and Korea, but they are not necessarily identified with the people of the U.S..

To better understand the true nature of U.S. – especially regarding U.S. foreign policy – we must keep in mind that the "administration" of U.S., as they so aptly call their Government ie., Official Power – is based in Washington DC. however, structures of real power in the U.S. are mainly located in the City of New York and some in the states of New England. In other words, Administration of the U.S. working in Washington DC, while the country is currently governed by the City of New York.

Once we have understood this concept, automatically good things are taking place. Besides, the global center of real power is not in the city of New York, but more likely in London … Understanding this complex and subtle process automatically avoids any simplistic identification of’ "Enemy" as the U.S., Great Britain or other nations.

More often than not, the American people, in times of turmoil, fell victim – bloody victims, as is the case in Vietnam, an Afghanistan, an Iraq, et au World Trade Center – This same process. Ironically, the power elites of this New World Order know very well that there is no greater threat to political continuity and consistency of design and execution of such long-term strategies, than see them subjected to the democratic process which requires managers to have a high public profile and who must ( or should ) attention to the "Voice of the People" every time a decision is taken, coupled with power outages that any democratic electoral process involves.

It's much better, From what can be described as a gentleman's club as the CFR, in which men and women powerful and influential who may be decades of civil servants, directors and presidents of CA, to act discreetly, without having to be accountable to people except to their own colleagues. In this way, 4500 powerful individuals can exert enormous political influence, Financial, Economic, and media, on countless hundreds of millions of people around the world.

It goes without saying that one of the main functions of the global media monopoly is to impose "politically correct" speaking usually through the "two-party system" – Democrats and Republicans in the U.S., Labor and Conservatives in Great Britain, CDU and SPD in Germany, En Argentine et Justicialist RADICAUX – all are minor variations on the basic principles of political correctness, and themselves. The stable Western democracies have all conformed to what is, in practice, A one party system with slightly different internal factions. People think they can "choose", but the "options" do not exist : it's like "choose" between Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola – What they want you to believe, the truth is that both are the same thing.

Therefore, to better understand the world today, we must read and examine what the CFR – or rather, individual members- say and propagate, because many of its covert activities, although not actually secret. Anyone visiting the CFR headquarters on Park Avenue in fashion and 68 Street in the City of New York, as I have done many times in recent years, can easily get all kinds of information including a free copy of the latest annual report describing the main activities of the institution and the full alphabetical list of these 4500 Member. All information on these organizations are available on request for those who want to see. But it is the task of each of us to verify all the data on members of the CFR by comparing what each really does in his professional life, within multinational, in university, activities and capabilities within the government.

We must also look back on the modern history, and consider the unique influence the CFR has had throughout the twentieth century, both by itself, as well as jointly with its sister organizations. They have initiated and influenced ideologies, public events, wars, military alliances, political crimes, covert action, of mass psychological warfare, economic crises and financial, and promoting the destruction of political and business, and other events had a significant impact – many of which it is impossible to admit or to confess. All have, however, marked the course of humanity in these troubled modern times.

The technique used is to keep us all busy and fascinated as passive spectators of this whirlwind of events that arrive daily in the world. This ensures that almost no one tries to look elsewhere to find adequate explanations to current crises, because this would allow us to identify, not so much the effects and shocking results of many of these policy decisions and actions illegal, but the real perpetrators and concrete, organizers and objectives.

To make this psychological war of gigantic mass – because it really is this – to succeed, the mass media play a vital role that can not be underestimated. Because they are instruments whose purpose is to undermine and neutralize the ability of independent thought in the world's population. This is the key role of mass media like CNN, CBS, NBC, Le New York Times, Le Daily Telegraph, Le Figaro, FOXNEWS, l’Economist, le Wall Street Journal, The Courier della Sera, The World, le Washington Post, le Time, Newsweek, Us News et Report, Business Week, Reuters, and their local representatives in all countries, all being led by key individuals who belong to the CFR and / or its sister organizations in the U.S. and elsewhere.

And worst of all this is that, Despite these frictions, wars, violence and destruction it generates, the New World Order does not simply. We can not build a world empire only to blow millions of dollars bomber B1, combat aircraft F16, de missiles Tomahawk, CNN and brazen lies, hypocrisy chapot all this. Implications for Argentina and our region
In this context, we can say that the local media in Argentina, our education system and our key local politicians are aligned to the basis on the New World Order – regardless of whether they have consciousness or not. In this perspective, System of Domination has three key objectives :

1) Hide from public opinion how the world really works, knowing that if we can correctly understand and diagnose the source of our problems and weaknesses, then we can hardly hope to find solutions to solve. We therefore mistaken in making us believe that we are "at peace" when in fact an actual violent war waged against Argentina for more than half a century on the political front, Economic, Financial, media, education, technological and environmental. It is mainly a psychological war.

2) To convince us all that although we are in a difficult situation, "Things will get better" when we reach another "agreement" with international bankers and speculators, we privatize more public goods, reforming our federal and provincial governments according to the taste of the World Bank, reforming our labor laws, l’éducation, social, and we do everything necessary so that "international investors" we smile. The truth is that to say that we are in a "difficult situation" is an absurd statement to minimum, Argentina is terminally ill, and if we do not wake up to this reality, few years – than a decade – we will cease to exist as a nation(7).
Clearly, Argentina has only two options : either we accept living with all the problems and crises that we have and we do nothing to stop it, just trying to manage their consequences as best we can, or we face these problems and crises and we decide to do something. Of course, The second option is more difficult and risky. Our governments throughout these 30 years, chose the first option to live with these problems which led us to the current situation.

3) We believe that, we like it or not, there is nothing we can do to stop "globalization". The truth, In fact, is that there are myriads of things we can do to counteract the adverse effects of globalization. More, All this requires that we can restore the first sovereignty over the institutions of our nation state, which will reach its fundamental basis functions :

Integrating social forces in internal conflict (IE., promote the common good)

Consider all possible threats and opportunities within and outside ( IE., defending the National Interest) and

Driving the Nation on a political trajectory made to defend its national interest (IE., lead the country to its fate)

These functions require the existence of a sovereign nation state that is not currently in Argentina. We became a colony, So we must first promote a true Second Declaration of Independence to create a Second Republic of Argentina. The implications and aspirations of our region and beyond, such a revolutionary act, are really capital(8).

More – and this goes beyond this brief article -, global financial infrastructure is on the verge of what could be described as a world controlled collapse, something that the CFR has carefully planned through various projects such as the so-called Financial Vulnerabilities Project, and programs of the New International Financial Architecture. When that will happen, This will provide new opportunities unimaginable for Argentina and our region.

As we become aware of these realities, the path on which we must commit ourselves becomes a lot clearer. Indeed, then things are not so complex that what we thought. It's actually just a matter of thinking with our own brain and not with that of our adversaries, begin to examine and defend our National Interest, This means having our own opinions on world events, our interests and our strengths, and then take smart steps to meet our needs, our true potential and unique. In this sense, we have the advantage because we do not need to "reinvent the wheel",as the CFR gives us a shining example and a very successful policy planning, Economic, financial, social and management of national power. Why not learn from them ? Why not form our own network of boxes suggest bringing a wide range of local interests, Regional, which operates in the same spirit, actors and thinkers from different fields ? Why not put them to work to promote national interests in Argentina and its neighbors, to recover sovereignty and self-determination of our people consistently and constantly, regardless of what the actors of world power trying to impose ?

But to do this we must first understand that globalization is really composed of a vast range of threats we must avoid, and opportunities we should take part. Considering that each subject can have an impact on us, knotted need to understand what our relative strengths and weaknesses, able to overcome them ; and if not today, then certainly tomorrow. This requires proper planning. It requires trying to always be one step ahead of the Adversary, to achieve and maintain a margin and an advantage on the upcoming events.

There is no doubt that this will lead us to develop good policies consistent with our National Interest, which in many cases does not coincide with the interests of agents of the current global power. To do, we must seek, and work in close collaboration with nations and organizations in Central America and South, de l'Afrique, de l'Asie, and Europe, with whom we share the common objective of neutralizing the negative effects of global imperial domination.
